Advance Your CCR Diving – IANTD Adv EANx CCR Diver
Take your Closed-Circuit Rebreather (CCR) diving to the next level with the IANTD Adv EANx CCR Diver Program! This course is designed to train recreational divers in the safe and independent use of CCR systems while introducing mandatory decompression diving using air or nitrox as a diluent gas.
What You’ll Learn:
✅ Advanced CCR Techniques – Master decompression procedures on a closed-circuit rebreather
✅ Gas Management & PO2 Control – Safely operate a 1.3 PO2 CCR system
✅ Deeper, Longer Dives – Extend your bottom time while using EANx for decompression
✅ Comprehensive Training – Includes academics, confined water, and open water sessions
Course Limits & Requirements:
🌊 Max Depth: 132 feet (40 meters)
🌊 Gases Used: Air or Enriched Air Nitrox (EANx) as a diluent
🌊 Decompression: Mandatory decompression diving
Who Can Enroll?
🔹 Option 1 (CCR Divers):
✔️ Certified as IANTD Recreational CCR Diver (or equivalent)
✔️ 20 logged CCR dives with at least 20 hours underwater
🔹 Option 2 (Open Circuit Divers):
✔️ Certified as IANTD EANx Diver & IANTD Deep Diver (or equivalent)
✔️ 30 logged open circuit dives (25+ hours underwater)
✔️ At least five dives to 100 fsw (30 msw)
✔️ Minimum age: 18
🔹 Crossover Requirements:
✔️ Certified as CCR Adv. EANx Diver (or equivalent)
✔️ 20 logged CCR dives with at least 20 hours underwater
