A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Payment methods accepted: credit card, cash, online transfer, etc.

Any outstanding balance must be settled before the dive begins.


2️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy (Refined from earlier)

48-hour notice required for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee or result in no refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Some reservations (e.g., special events, private charters) may be non-refundable if overdue the time of declare of cancellation.

Refunds due to weather conditions or operational cancellations will be offered as rescheduling or full reimbursement.


3️⃣ Medical & Fitness Policy

All divers must complete a medical questionnaire before diving.

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart issues), a doctor’s clearance may be required.

Divers must be in good health and free from alcohol or drugs before diving.People who are under alcool or drugs will not be acceptable and no refund is valid.



4️⃣ Prices, Shop & Technical Characteristics of the Products
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, billing is based on the current price list at the date of order.

5️⃣ Equipment Rental Policy

Rented equipment must be returned in good condition after the dive.

Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

Personal dive computers are highly recommended, and some advanced dives may require them.


6️⃣ Safety & Liability Policy

Divers must follow instructor/guide directions at all times.

A pre-dive safety briefing will be provided before each dive.

Each diver must stay within their training limits and no-decompression limits.

All divers must sign a liability waiver before participating.


7️⃣ Weather & Dive Conditions Policy

The dive center reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change dive sites due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.

Refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for weather-related cancellations.


8️⃣ Environmental Responsibility Policy

Divers must respect marine life and coral reefs (no touching, chasing, or collecting marine creatures).

No littering—divers are encouraged to collect trash if safe to do so.


9️⃣ Photography & Media Policy

The dive center may take photos/videos for promotional purposes (with customer consent).

Personal underwater cameras are allowed under your own rensposibility, but safety and marine conservation guidelines must be followed.


🔟 Code of Conduct, Certification & Experience Requirements

Respect instructors, fellow divers, and local communities.

Punctuality is required—late arrivals may forfeit their dives without a refund.

Zero tolerance for unsafe diving behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct.

Divers must present valid certification (e.g., PADI, SSI, NAUI) for certified dives.

Non-certified divers can only participate in try dives or training programs under supervision.

Advanced dives (e.g., deep dives, wreck dives, cave dives) require appropriate certification and experience.
