HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?

We recommend booking your dive or activity at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

For peak season or special experiences, early booking is strongly advised to guarantee availability with Silent Explorers.

DO I NEED A MEDICAL PERMISSION?

All participants must be medically fit for diving or water activities.

If you have any health concerns, recent illnesses, or chronic conditions, we recommend consulting a doctor before booking your experience with Silent Explorers.

If you are healthy you don't need a medical permission to dive but before your dive activity you 'll need to fill a medical statement that you are healthy.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments, to make your booking with Silent Explorers easy and convenient.

Please remember to bring your phone with you for electronic payments.

For your convenience, you may also request that we visit your hotel to complete the booking, or we can send you a secure online payment link in advance.

For organizational and operational reasons, all payments must be completed before any activity begins, in order to avoid delays for other clients or misunderstandings.

Clients who have not paid in advance will not be accepted for participation.

CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME?

For safety and comfort, pets are not allowed on diving or water activity trips.

We recommend arranging care for your furry friends while you enjoy your adventure with Silent Explorers.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED?

All necessary equipment for diving, snorkeling, and water activities is provided by Silent Explorers, including wetsuits, masks, fins, and safety gear—so you can simply show up and enjoy the adventure.

You ll need to provide us your height-weight & shoe sizes.

IS LAUNCH /FOOD INCLUDED?

Up to the boat, we offer you a welcome drink and a light snack.

If you wish, we can arrange lunch at a selected restaurant; this must be requested in advance and is available at an extra cost.

HOW LONG WILL LAST A DIVE?

Dives typically last between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on air consumption, depth, and environmental conditions.

For safety reasons, the dive must be terminated when a diver reaches 50 bar of remaining air.

WHAT MARINE LIFE I EXPECT TO SEE?

Depending on the dive site and conditions, you may encounter a variety of Mediterranean marine life, including colorful fish, octopus, turtles, sea bream, groupers, and other fascinating sea creatures.

CAN CHILDREN PARTICIPATE?

Yes, children can participate in certain activities depending on their age.

During boat trips, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.

For diving activities, children can dive from the age of 8 under the guidance of our certified instructors.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT IF I BOOK MULTIPLE DIVES?

Yes, there is!

HOW CAN I BECOME CERTIFIED DIVER?

To become certified, you’ll need to complete an Open Water Diver course.

This course typically consists of three components:

Theory/Knowledge Development
Confined Water Training
Open Water Dives

You need to be at least 10 years old and healthy

It's crucial to consult your doctor before diving if you are taking any medication.

I TAKE DRUGS/ALCOHOL CAN I DIVE?

Diving or participating in any water activity is strictly prohibited under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that may affect awareness, judgment, or physical condition.
