FLEX2 CCR SIDEMOUNT rebreather GREECE is a mixed gas unit made in durable and user-friendly design. Offers flexible configuration, exceptional reliability, world class robustness and very easy maintenance.
FLEX2 CCR SIDEMOUNT rebreather GREECE
Body consist of
all made of Black Delrin
The Control electronics (Shearwater SOLO board) is built in the hermetic Compartment inside the head.
Also it uses pp02 readings from three 02 sensors. Autonomously maintain the level in the breathing loop in accordance with the current chosen setpoint.
The board can measure and inject Oxygen independently of the Primary Controller handset.
O2 sensors readings are electronically separated one from another as well as the PPO2 reading outputs to the P.C. Bus. Also the same happens to the Secondary which furthermore provides backup monitoring in the event of a failure on the Pr. Controller
In general a fault connected device does not affect the remaining readings on the working device.
All batteries are easy to access via the battery caps .
The CCR head is attached to the Upper Canister and is mounted and locked to the Scrubber by 4 safety stainless steel latches.
To remove the head from the canister, just unlock the latches and pull it up
Important to realize, SM BOV Neo is a Bail-out Valve with a 2nd stage regulator incorporated into the mouthpiece .
To put it in another way it gives the ability of supplying the diver with OC breathing gas when needed.
The valve above all allows easily and fast to switch between the CC and the OC by one hand.
In the first place Solenoid valve has a Stainless steel AISI 316 body
Operates up to 17 bar (above the ambient pressure), therefore no low-pressure adjustment on the 1st stage regulator is needed.
In addition two batteries (Li-lon 18500) provide power supply of the control electronics board.
#1 supplies the Solenoid
#2 the HUD and pp02 reading output for NERD2, if used.
At the same time they are located in two separate compartments on the sides of the head and are completely separated from the breathing loop.
